Dunbar Cottage is a family summer home. For over sixty years this classic cottage was a summer rental. Many people enjoyed a cup of coffee or glass of wine with our aunt Carmen on the deck. Kids scrambled across the rocks, kayaked, collected sea glass. We thank you for loving this place as we do and making it your own over the years.

Dunbar Cottage, situated just feet from the water, is located in Mid-Coast Maine on Penobscot Bay in the small fishing village of South Thomaston - a short walk to Spruce Head Island and a short drive to the larger towns of Rockland and Camden.
A Family Place
The Dunbar has been the summer home of the Flemming/Baines family since they first discovered it in 1936.
